I love celebrating birthdays. Last week, we got to celebrate dearest Lauren's 23rd birthday! In honor of our ever-shrinking bucket list, Lauren, Matt, Karl, David, and I decided to go cross off another item: Thai food at "Doi's" (or rather, Thai Bounty)! It's set inside of a boat shaped building and it's exterior charm matched the warmness of Doi, the owner. She was the cutest little lady who, upon hearing us sing happy birthday to Lauren, sent us out the most delicious complementary coconut ice cream with toasted sesame seeds- yum! Cheers to our entire trip!
And then off to The Rock in Morro Bay!
It was really difficult to get good group shots of ourselves.
But it didn't matter, I had a grand time with these lovely friends.
The local birds, however, had no idea what was coming for them...
High fives all around!
